PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead renewable high-voltage transmission line and substation construction projects. You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost control while coordinating with field teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in transmission and/or substation construction.
• Experience managing utility-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage construction methods and safety requirements.
• Able to read construction drawings, contracts, and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Manage transmission and substation construction projects from award through turnover.
• Oversee pre-construction planning, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
• Partner with field leadership to ensure safe, efficient construction.
• Conduct constructability reviews and support estimating.
