David Evans and Associates, Inc. (DEA) is seeking an Energy Market Leader, Renewables to steer the renewables market strategy across utility-scale wind, solar, energy storage, and related infrastructure.

You will build client relationships with developers, utilities, and strategic partners, influence project pursuit, and lead a technical team serving Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Utah, or California. This role supports DEA’s growth in renewables and adjacent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management, environmental science, or related field.
• 12+ years in a complex consulting/engineering/energy organization.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
• Knowledge of utility-scale renewables markets and infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Lead Renewables market strategy in collaboration with leadership and technical teams.
• Expand client portfolio with developers, utilities, EPC/EPCM partners.
• Drive market growth plans, pursuit strategy, and contract positioning for renewables opportunities.
• Build trusted client relationships and guide staff or client-facing teams.
• Represent DEA at industry events and in strategic partnerships.
