You will shape growth strategy, build relationships with developers, utilities, and strategic partners, and position DEA for long‑term expansion in wind, solar, storage, and related infrastructure. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management, environmental science, or related field.
• 12+ years of related experience in consulting, engineering, energy, renewable development, utility, EPC/EPCM, or similar organization.
• Proven success achieving business development or revenue objectives with net sales of $2M–$10M.
• Experience leading or coordinating business development efforts, including opportunity identification and proposal development.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy markets (wind, solar, storage, interconnection).
• Ability to establish objectives, deliver results, and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and lead teams.
• One or more professional licenses or credentials relevant to the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead Renewables market strategy with leadership and delivery teams.
• Diversify renewables client portfolio by expanding relationships with owners, developers, and utilities.
• Develop market intelligence on renewables developers, EPC/EPCM partners, and regulatory trends.
• Strengthen relationships with owners, developers, contractors, and utilities.
• Drive BD strategy, pursuit planning, proposals, and contract positioning for opportunities.
• Represent DEA externally at client meetings and industry events.
• Support growth in renewables services including balance of plant, interconnection, and storage.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure staffing, delivery, and profitability.
