Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. (DEA) seeks a Renewables Market Leader to drive the Renewables market strategy across the West and Mountain states, building client relationships with developers, utilities and EPC/EPCM partners.

You will shape growth strategy, oversee pursuit planning, and coordinate with leadership and technical teams to deliver owner’s engineer and power delivery services for wind, solar, storage and related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in a complex consulting/engineering/energy/renewables environment.
• Proven success in business development with $2M–$10M net sales objective.
• Experience leading business development, pursuit planning and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewables market strategy with leadership and delivery teams.
• Expand relationships with renewable owners, developers, utilities and EPC/EPCM groups.
• Drive market growth plans, forecasting, and proposal development.
• Represent DEA at industry events and client meetings.
• Support recruiting and talent development for renewables.
