Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Renewables Market Leader to guide and expand our renewables practice across the western and mountain states, including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Utah, and California.

You will lead strategy, grow client relationships with developers, utilities, and EPC/EPCM partners, and shape market growth for wind, solar, battery storage, and related energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, construction management, environmental science, or related field.
• 12+ years in a complex consulting/engineering/energy environment.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue growth with multi-million targets.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and client strategy actions.
• Strong knowledge of utility-scale renewables and related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead Renewables market strategy with leadership and technical teams.
• Diversify client portfolio with renewable owners, developers, and utilities.
• Develop market intelligence on renewables, interconnection, and storage trends.
• Build trusted client relationships and position services including owner's engineer.
• Guide pursuit strategy, proposals, and contract positioning for opportunities.
• Represent DEA at events and strengthen renewables brand in target markets.
