David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Renewables Market Leader to drive the renewables strategy across utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage markets.

The role focuses on growing client relationships with developers, utilities, and EPC/EPCM partners while shaping long-term growth and market position. You will work with Energy Business Unit leadership and the renewables technical team to advance market opportunities, coordinate multi-stakeholder efforts, and deliver profitable

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a complex consulting/engineering/energy/renewable development role.
• Experience driving business development with $2M–$10M net sales objectives.
• Experience coordinating BD efforts across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of utility-scale wind, solar, battery storage, and related services.
• Ability to set objectives, deliver measurable results, and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Renewables market strategy in collaboration with leadership and delivery teams.
• Diversify the renewables client portfolio and expand relationships with developers, utilities, and EPC/EPCM firms.
• Develop market intelligence on renewable energy developers, regulators, and technology trends.
• Strengthen relationships with owners, developers, and strategic partners for owner’s engineer and related services.
• Guide pursuit strategies, proposals, and contract positioning for priority opportunities.
• Represent DEA at meetings, industry events, and partnerships to strengthen the renewables brand.
