Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to coordinate client communications and monitor project progress. This in-office role focuses on acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful project execution from kickoff to post-installation follow-up.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in client service or sales, strong communication, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
• 1-3 years experience in client service, sales, or a related field
• Demonstrates business acumen with prioritization and judgment
• Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities with all levels of staff

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Proactively provide regular project status updates, including construction-related updates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and with prospective clients.
• Partner with the sales team to develop proposals for additional services and installations.
• Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Elevate issues to supervisors and coordinate with other departments to resolve project issues.
• Guide clients through contracts, diagrams, documentation, and new procedures.
• After project completion, provide billing recommendations and seek upgrades as needed.
