Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Manager. This in-office role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, coordinating with sales, EVSE technical support, and engineering teams to keep clients informed and projects on track.

You will track progress, advise on upgrades, support billing updates, and identify new charger installation opportunities, leveraging your communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
• 1-3 years experience in client service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with organizational abilities.
• Proficient engaging with individuals at all levels, including executives.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Proactively provide regular project status updates to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Partner with the sales team to develop proposals for additional services.
• Analyze client feedback to identify trends and improvements.
• Respond to inquiries and address concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth projects.
• Schedule client meetings and provide email updates.
• Guide clients through contracts and documentation.
• Provide billing recommendations and assist with project completions.
