Job summary

Essity, a global health and hygiene company, seeks a Sales Training Manager for the Wound Care division. You will lead training programs, collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Product and Marketing, and drive field readiness across the US team.

The role requires 3+ years in training within healthcare or medical devices, strong presentation skills, and up to 50% travel; Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of training leadership experience in healthcare or medical devices.
• Experience in wound care therapy space required in healthcare/pharma/medical device.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with graphics software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to train field teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture and analyze training needs for the US Wound Care sales organization.
• Develop training programs, processes, tools, and activities aligned to identified needs.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical, Product and Marketing to centrally develop programs and events.
• Translate sales objectives into meaningful, impactful training experiences.
• Develop annual training calendar focusing on product knowledge, selling methodologies, reimbursement insights, and market/competitor insights.
• Measure and track A&P investments against knowledge improvements using scorecards.
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory, Compliance, and Legal requirements.
• Manage the Field Sales Trainer program for the Wound Care sales force.
• Develop and curate educational materials for digital learning and in-person training.
• Present trainings in the field; travel as needed.
• Manage resources to support field trainings; address ongoing market needs.
• Travel up to 50% to support field teams.
