Job summary

Essity is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist for Wound Care to grow the Advanced Wound Care portfolio in the greater Los Angeles area and Hawaii. You will cover a broad healthcare continuum, build clinician relationships, and drive new and repeat business across hospitals and care centers.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in outside healthcare sales, and comfort with CRM tools. Travel about 25–35% is expected, with a focus on contributing to Essity's advancing wound-care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years outside sales experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com) is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets across healthcare channels.
• Communicate clinical and product knowledge clearly to customers.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
• Engage with surgeons, physician assistants, nurses, and other clinicians to influence product choices.
• Execute sales processes and win awards through GPO/IDN opportunities.
• Increase penetration in existing accounts and healthcare systems.
• Coordinate opportunities internally and with customers and plan territory.
