Job summary

Essity is seeking a National Clinical and Economics Solutions Manager - Wound Care to lead clinical strategy, evidence generation, and economic value messaging for the U.S. wound care portfolio.

You will collaborate with Brand, Regional Sales Trainers, and Global Medical Affairs to build clinical credibility and drive market growth in Acute Care. The role requires 7–10+ years in wound care clinical leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to travel nationally.

Qualifications

• Clinical credential required: RN, NP, PA, WOCN, WCC or other relevant wound care clinical background.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years of wound care clinical, education or field clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver clinical value programs
• Experience supporting KOL development, HCP education, economic modeling, or clinical evidence generation and translation.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to travel nationally as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute clinical strategy and economic value programs resulting in evidence generation and positioning for existing wound care portfolio to gain market share in the Acute Care market.
• Translate clinical outcomes into differentiated customer messaging, including value analysis committee documentation.
• Lead advisory boards, voice of customer engagement, and clinical champion development.
• Own KOL budget in partnership with Brand and manage contracting for HCP services.
• Set direction to Brand to develop tools and resources that support product adoption and value-based discussions.
