Job summary

Solventum, formerly 3M Health Care, is seeking an Advanced Wound Care Regional Sales Manager to lead a sales team focused on customer support, growth and strong relationships. You will drive region-wide execution and strategic initiatives in care settings.

The role requires a track record in medical sales leadership, managing budgets, hiring and developing staff, and delivering quota attainment. Remote work in MS/AL/FL is possible with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7 years medical sales/sales management experience OR High School Diploma with 11 years medical sales/sales management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to use personal vehicle for company business.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff to achieve regional financial and strategic goals.
• Lead region to achieve sales force productivity and maximize contracts.
• Model, connect, and empower staff to reach goals.
• Manage region budget and ensure operating margin goals.
• Oversee all administrative requirements of the position.
