Job summary

Essity is seeking a Sales Training Manager for Wound Care in the US. The role focuses on creating and delivering strategic training programs to enhance sales force readiness and knowledge across the Advanced Wound Care portfolio.

The ideal candidate will lead training initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and travel to support field sessions. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and at least 3 years of training leadership, with experience in healthcare or

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of leadership in training roles or teams.
Experience in wound care or healthcare/medical device sectors is highly preferred.
Proficient with MS Office; ability to create and edit training materials and demos.

Responsibilities

Capture and analyze training needs for US Wound Care sales.
Develop and deliver training programs and events aligned to GTM strategies.
Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Product and Marketing teams to ensure consistent activation of strategies.
Manage the Field Sales Trainer program and budget for the Wound Care team.
Travel up to 50% to support field trainings and live sessions.
