Job summary

Essity is seeking a National Clinical and Economics Solutions Manager - Wound Care to lead clinical strategy, evidence generation and economic value for the U.S. wound care portfolio.

This role focuses on differentiating our offerings and driving growth in the Acute Care market. You will translate clinical outcomes into compelling customer messaging, support value-based selling, and guide KOL development while ensuring compliance and alignment with product strategy.

Qualifications

• Clinical credential required: RN, NP, PA, WOCN or other wound care background.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years of wound care clinical, education or field leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver clinical value programs.
• Experience supporting KOL development, HCP education, economic modeling or clinical evidence generation.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to travel nationally as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute clinical strategy and economic value programs for US wound care to gain market share in Acute Care.
• Translate outcomes into differentiated customer messaging and VAC documentation.
• Lead KOL development, advisory boards, and HCP engagement with compliance alignment.
• Develop tools and resources to support product adoption and value-based discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Commercial Training and Regional Sales Trainers.
