Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design and deliver selling skills training for Advanced Wound Care. You will create outcome-based programs spanning onboarding, product launches, and field reinforcement, collaborating with marketers, clinicians, and regulatory teams to ensure compliant, effective content.

The role emphasizes facilitation, program management, and the use of tools like Articulate 360, Qualtrics, and Showpad to drive capability across the sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred; certification in Instructional Design is a plus.
• 2+ years of learning management system experience.
• 2+ years of training video design and creation.
• 3+ years’ experience leading selling skills training at national sales meetings.
• 3+ years’ experience partnering with marketers on product launch selling capability.
• Sales training leadership experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Articulate 360 authoring software expertise and learning reinforcement experience is a plus.
• Pre/Post/Needs assessment expertise using Qualtrics or similar software.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and learning software programs.

Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment – Continual review of learning needs and recommendations for new approaches.
• Design – Create and update learning programs using best-in-class modalities.
• Outcome based knowledge transfer – Ensure on-the-job applicability and practiced selling skills.
• Evaluation – Assess training effectiveness and adjust to ensure readiness.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver compliant content with regulatory guidelines.
