Job summary

BioLab Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning programs for hospital and wound care sales teams.

You will lead onboarding, product and clinical education, and coaching initiatives, partnering across departments to align with commercial priorities and patient care goals. The role focuses on scalable training architecture, content creation, and performance measurement, with a mix of instructor-led and digital formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of demonstrated success in medical device and/or wound care sales.
• 2+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development, field coaching, or sales leadership.
• Experience using CRM, learning management, or sales enablement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable sales training strategy aligned with commercial objectives, product priorities, and customer needs.
• Design and facilitate new-hire onboarding and continuing education programs for sales professionals in hospital, inpatient, outpatient, and wound care environments.
• Create and maintain product, clinical, sales methodology, competitive, market, organizational, and compliance-related training content with SMEs.
• Lead training initiatives for product launches, sales campaigns, new tools, process changes, and strategic commercial programs.
• Build role-based learning paths, assessments, certifications, reinforcement activities, coaching tools, and manager resources.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical/Clinical Affairs, Product Management, and Operations.
