Pacific Life seeks a results-driven Sales Consultant for Broker Distribution in South Florida. This role is remote with required travel, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast.

You will drive broker engagement, build relationships, and execute strategies to grow a $1B revenue Workforce Benefits business. You will meet and exceed annual sales objectives, work with underwriting and product teams, and bring a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of group benefits sales experience with brokers.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to support decisions.
• Entrepreneurial and creative approach to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of a Broker Distribution strategy to hit sales targets.
• Meet annual sales goals and drive broker meetings weekly.
• Build and deepen broker relationships to expand Pacific Life’s market presence.
