Job summary

Pacific Life seeks a sales professional to support growth in Broker Distribution within Workforce Benefits. This remote role targets the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas market, with travel as required.

You will build broker relationships, execute strategies, and drive sales toward annual targets in a growth‑minded team under the Regional Sales Manager. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in group benefits sales with broker market presence, plus a business‑oriented degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in group benefits sales in the broker marketplace.
• College degree in business management, finance, or risk management or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to analyze data from a variety of sources to support decisions.
• Entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new ideas.
• High integrity with transparent, consistent behavior.
• Self‑reflective and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of a Broker Distribution strategy to meet sales, retention, profitability, and expense objectives.
• Meet annual sales goals as established with Sales Leadership.
• Strengthen, deepen, and grow broker relationships.
• Execute broker meetings weekly with assigned brokers.
• Drive a pipeline of RFPs monthly.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, pricing, regulatory, and actuarial teams.
