You will report to the Regional Sales Manager. Qualified candidates have 5+ years of group benefits sales experience and a bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or risk management or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with an established presence in the broker marketplace.
• College degree with concentration in business management, finance, or risk management or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of a broker-distribution strategy to meet sales objectives.
• Meet annual sales goals as established by Sales Leadership.
• Partner with Workforce Benefits resources to communicate the Workforce Benefits story to brokers.
