Qualifications

• 8+ years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.
• Jurisdictional experience in Michigan and Wisconsin.
• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a Workers' Compensation claims team to deliver high-quality and efficient service.
• Guide claims team to follow GB's Best Practices.
• Lead adjuster hiring and training to foster performance and development.
• Define team goals, motivate performance, and manage workloads for efficiency.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to improve team productivity and service quality.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, carriers, and brokers.
• Prioritize multiple priorities and coach team members for growth.
