Job summary

Symbioun is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Specialist for a 4-month remote contract to manage workers’ compensation claims from initial reporting through resolution.

You will collect and review documentation, maintain accurate records, monitor claim status, and coordinate with employees, employers, carriers, and medical providers to ensure timely and fair outcomes. Data entry and reporting are key daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience handling workers’ compensation claims and case management.
• Knowledge of state and federal workers’ compensation regulations.
• Strong data entry, record-keeping, and claims systems proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to review claims.

• Prior experience in insurance or HR/claims administration preferred.
