Job summary

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative for a remote, full-time role. You will gather injury and insurance information, submit claims, review payments, and assist with appeals while communicating with hospitals, employers, patients and carriers to ensure timely payments.

The position emphasizes accuracy, adherence to policies, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong customer service background and clear written/verbal communication.
• Ability to handle data entry, documentation, and follow-up with providers and payers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a queue of Workers’ Compensation accounts and ensure timely processing.
• Submit hospital and physician bills to insurance carriers and pursue payments.
• Communicate with employers, carriers, patients, and attorneys to gather information and resolve claims.
• Prepare and submit appeals for denials and monitor claim status and documentation.
