Job summary

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking detail-oriented professionals to join our team as a Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative. This remote, full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, with standard business hours.

This is a chance to contribute to hospitals and providers while advancing in a purpose-driven environment. You’ll gather injury and insurance details, submit bills to carriers, review payments and denials, and write appeals when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Positive and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage time and workload.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a queue of Workers’ Compensation accounts.
• Submit hospital and physician bills to insurance carriers.
• Review payments and denials and pursue appeals when needed.
• Communicate with insurers, employers, patients, and attorneys.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation in systems.
