Gallagher is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster focused on workers' compensation in a role that supports fully remote work. Bring at least 5 years of claims experience and active licenses in applicable states to analyze exposure and resolve claims with empathy and accuracy.

You will interact with clients, manage claims processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver solutions and improve the claims process.
