Responsibilities

• Adjudicate workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due and monitor reserves.
• Develop and manage claim action plans, coordinate return-to-work efforts, and approve payments.
• Manage subrogation and negotiate settlements with claimants and clients.
• Communicate claim actions with claimants and clients; ensure proper documentation and coding.
