Qualifications

• Prior workers’ compensation claim handling experience preferred.
• HS Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong focus on delivering superb customer experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.
