Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Licensed in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a Workers Compensation claims team with varying caseloads to deliver high-quality, efficient service.
• Guide claim teams to handle claims in accordance with GB’s Best Practices.
