Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a senior claims leader to supervise a Workers' Compensation team, delivering high-quality service across a range of caseloads and complexities. You will coach, mentor, and inspire a team of adjusters to achieve results while upholding GB's standards and client commitments.

In this fully remote role, you will drive Best Practices, oversee hiring and training, manage workloads, and promote efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 8+ years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and encourage a Workers' Compensation claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality and efficient service.
• Promote Best Practices in claims handling and GB standards.
• Drive Talent by overseeing adjuster hiring and training, fostering performance and continuous improvement.
• Define team goals, motivate performance, and effectively manage workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Harness Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers professionally and proactively.
• Prioritize and develop team members, identifying coaching opportunities.
