Creative Risk Solutions, a Holmes Murphy business, is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist to manage end-to-end claims with a focus on accuracy and timely communications across insureds, claimants, and internal teams.

You will investigate and resolve lost time WC claims, negotiate with insurers, and ensure proper documentation and settlement information in the system. Licensing may be pursued as needed to cover multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of workers’ compensation coverage and claims processing procedures.
• Able to adjudicate lost time claims across multiple jurisdictions.
• Willingness to obtain licensing within three months if required.

Responsabilités

• Receives and transmits workers’ compensation information from insured, claimants, and staff.
• Investigates and resolves lost time workers’ compensation claims, including litigated cases.
• Mediates between insured and insurer, researching coverage issues as needed.
• Enters and maintains accurate data in the claim system through settlement.
• Generates indemnity and medical payments checks daily.
• Develops and monitors consistency in CRS claims handling procedures.
