Job summary

Creative Risk Solutions is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist to support our clients remotely across ME, CT, and NJ. You’ll handle lost-time claims, gather data from insureds and claimants, and work with the insurer to resolve coverage issues.

The role requires 3–5 years in WC claims with licenses in ME/CT/NJ or the ability to obtain them within three months. AIC/CPCU and strong software skills are a plus, and you’ll join a service-focused team under Holmes Murphy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of workers’ compensation claims experience.
• Licenses for ME, CT, or NJ required or ability to acquire within 3 months.
• Technical designations (AIC/CPCU) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Receive, gather, and transmit WC information from insureds, claimants, and staff.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve lost-time WC claims, including litigated cases.
• Mediate between insured and insurer, research coverage issues as needed.
• Enter and maintain accurate claim data and settlement information in systems.
