Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation coverage and claims handling.
• Experience adjudicating lost time claims across multiple jurisdictions.
• Active state Workers’ Compensation license or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receives and transmits workers’ compensation information promptly from insureds, claimants, and staff.
• Investigates, evaluates, and resolves lost time workers’ compensation claims, including litigated cases.
• Mediates insured–insurer interactions, researching coverage issues as needed.
• Enters and maintains accurate data in case management systems; documents final settlements.
• Generates indemnity and medical payment checks daily.
• Develops and maintains consistent claims-handling procedures within CRS.
