RTX Corporation, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a seasoned Workday HRIS professional to lead the Performance Impact and Succession Planning streams. You will own system configuration, data integrity, and advanced reporting within a global Workday environment.

The role requires extensive Workday experience, strong HTML skills for notifications, and the ability to work across HR Technology, Talent COE, and production support teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ related experience; advanced degree with 8+ years preferred.
• 7+ years of Workday HRIS experience in Talent & Performance with configuration and advanced reporting.
• Strong experience with HTML for Workday notifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale HR systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead DT Workday workstream for Performance Impact and Succession Planning.
• Perform quarterly/annual system cleanups and data audits.
• Coordinate configuration updates in Workday and support testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday BP notifications using HTML.
