Job summary

RTX is seeking a Workday Skills Lead within the HR & Payroll Digital Technology (DT) organization to own Workday Skills configurations, data readiness, and cross-team integration sustainment.

The role partners with Talent Center of Excellence and Workforce Intelligence to ensure Workday meets organizational needs and supports the Skills strategy. Strong stakeholder management and technical execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• 7+ years of Workday functional or technical functional consulting experience with experience with talent, skills, job architecture, or related Workday modules (Skills Cloud, Talent Optimization, Learning, Core HCM)
• Experience managing configuration, integrations, and functional design reviews with strong program or project leadership experience supporting multi-workstream initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead DT Workday Skills configuration decisions and ensure data integrity across integrations.
• Provide functional leadership to contractors and internal Workday support teams.
• Translate business requirements into Workday designs and data structures, and oversee testing governance.
