Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services seeks a Workday Skills Functional Lead to own DT Skills Workday configurations, data readiness, and sustainment. You will partner with Talent Center of Excellence, Workforce Intelligence, HR, L&D, and security to align requirements and drive releases.

You'll lead functional design reviews, manage integrations, oversee UAT, and ensure process stability and compliance across systems, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering outcomes for the Skills

Qualifications

10+ years of Workday functional or technical consulting experience in talent/skills modules.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into Workday configurations.
Experience leading multi-workstream programs with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the Workday Skills stream, providing direction and alignment across teams.
Translate requirements into Workday configurations, data models, and design docs.
Govern requirements, design, testing, and UAT for Workday capabilities.
Partner with HR, L&D, Security, WFI, and other modules to ensure alignment.
Oversee integrations, data quality, and sustainment of Workday Skills.
Own break/fix, enhancements, and release management for the Skills area.
