RTX Corporation seeks a senior Workday HRIS Lead to join the Enterprise Services team on a remote basis in the United States. You will own and optimize the Performance Impact and Succession programs, manage data integrity, and lead end-to-end Workday configuration with a focus on governance and advanced reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in Workday HRIS, strong HTML for notifications, and proven collaboration with HR Technology, Talent COE, and product teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ related experience or Advanced degree with 8+ years of related experience.
• 7+ years of Workday HRIS experience in Talent & Performance with experience in Workday configuration (BPs, templates, security) and advanced reporting.
• Strong experience with HTML (specifically for Workday notifications).
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale HR systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead Workday Workstream Leadership for Performance Impact and Succession; manage timelines, dependencies, risk, and escalation.
• Execute quarterly/annual system cleanups; ensure data integrity and security validations.
• Perform end-to-end configuration updates; test and validate changes (UAT).
• Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday BP notifications with clear formatting.
• Provide operational support and governance for Talent and Performance cycles.
