Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior Workday HRIS expert to lead Performance Impact and Succession within a global Workday environment. You will partner with HR Tech, Talent COE, and production support to drive configuration, reporting, and data governance.

You will design notifications in HTML, manage BP workflows, and deliver advanced dashboards while ensuring system integrity and security. Remote work is supported with periodic onsite discussions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years of related HRIS experience.
• 10+ years in Workday HRIS, especially Talent & Performance.
• Strong HTML experience for Workday notifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Performance Impact and Succession programs, with escalation management.
• Configure and maintain Workday BP templates, security, and cycles.
• Develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards with complex calculations.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and stakeholder alignment across modules.
