Job summary

We seek an experienced professional to partner with HR Technology and Workforce Intelligence teams to drive Workday learning solutions, manage talent management projects end-to-end, and leverage learning tech to identify workforce gaps and craft innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and 10 years experience or an Advanced Degree with 7 years.
• Relevant experience in Human Resources, Learning, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
• Proven experience administering modern learning management platforms or LXPs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Technology and Workforce Intelligence teams to drive advanced Workday learning solutions.
• Manage talent management projects end-to-end including planning, stakeholder analysis, and deliverables.
• Leverage learning technology to assess workforce gaps and prepare innovative solutions.
