Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Recruiting Technology Manager to support delivery, optimization, and maintenance of Workday Recruiting and related technologies (Paradox, HiredScore). You will configure business processes, manage data flows, and support reporting and testing across the Workday TA Suite.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Firm IT, Finance, BU leaders, and vendors to ensure platforms meet business needs, while driving process improvements and scalable solutions across Talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, information systems or business.
• Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration and 3+ years Workday Recruiting configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and operations.
• Professionalism, confidentiality and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Recruiting processes, notifications and analytics.
• Maintain data flow between Workday Recruiting, Paradox, and HiredScore.
• Build and test reports and ensure data integrity.
• Support release testing and feature enablement with Talent Acquisition.
• Collaborate with Talent Solutions and external vendors to align systems with needs.
• Drive process optimization and scalable technology improvements.
