Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Recruiting Technology Manager to lead the delivery, optimization, and maintenance of Workday Recruiting and connected TA tech, including Paradox and HiredScore. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Firm IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure recruiting platforms meet business needs and align with a strategic vision.

• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and operations
• Requires professionalism, confidentiality, and confidence in dealing with sensitive information
• High level of organizational skills, including great attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong ability to collaborate between teams and cross-functional areas
• Experience with Workday HCM configuration is a plus

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Recruiting business processes, notifications, and rules
• Maintain security groups and data flow between Workday Recruiting, Paradox, and HiredScore
• Build, revise, and test reports and EIB templates
• Support new release testing and feature enablement for Recruiting
