Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Recruiting Technology Manager to support the delivery, optimization, and maintenance of Workday Recruiting and its connected talent acquisition technologies, including Paradox and HiredScore, ensuring solutions meet recruiting business needs. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Firm IT, Finance, BU leaders, and external vendors to align platforms with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration and 3+ years of Workday Recruiting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration.
• Minimum 3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration.
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and operations.
• Ability to translate Talent Acquisition needs into system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Recruiting business processes, including notifications and analytics.
• Maintain data flow between Workday Recruiting, Paradox, and HiredScore.
• Build and test reports; manage EIB templates for recruiting data.
• Support new release testing and coordinate feature enablement with TA team.
• Document business requirements and testing plans; manage stakeholder relationships.
