Everforth TopBloc is seeking a skilled Workday Recruiting Consultant for remote Canada-based work. The role focuses on implementing Workday Recruiting configurations and delivering HR processes for clients across industries.

You will collaborate with clients and lead a team of consultants while supporting sales in scoping projects. This is a full-time remote opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Workday Recruiting Certification is required.
• 1+ years experience implementing Workday Recruiting configurations for customers of all sizes.
• 1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Recruiting solutions according to customer requirements.
• Knowledge in offer letter configuration, job requisitions and job application dynamics.
• Ability to travel 25%.
• Excellent client communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to implement Workday Recruiting solutions into their environments of increasing complexity.
• Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet client needs.
• Define, build and implement HR processes aligned with client objectives.
• Participate in internal training updates and share skills with others.
• Manage a team of consultants and handle escalations.
• Utilize Workday knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects for the sales team.
