EverCommerce is recruiting a Senior Business Systems Analyst for HRIS to own Workday Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation. You will design and deploy scalable Workday processes, automate key workflows, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver data-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes innovation and governance, leveraging AI to optimize recruiting and compensation. Remote within the US, with potential travel to HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Workday functional configuration.
• Deep expertise in Talent and/or Advanced Compensation.
• Experience automating workflows and improving operational efficiency.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Learning, Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation configurations.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes, frameworks, eligibility rules, and security configurations.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline workflows across recruiting, talent, and compensation.
• Partner with People Tech engineers to design and implement Workday automation, including Extend apps, RaaS-based integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Design dashboards, reports, and audit frameworks for data-driven decision making.
