Job summary

UST is seeking a Workday Senior Certified Recruiting Consultant to lead business requirements gathering, configuration, and integration for the Workday solution. This role includes mentoring team members and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years' experience with Workday, a Bachelor’s Degree, and strong consulting and project management skills. This is a remote position with a compensation range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience.
• Functional human resources experience.
• Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously is a plus.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members in gathering client requirements and configuring Workday solutions.
• Work with data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday.
• Assist in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other solutions.
• Mentor new consultants and act as a role model.
• Resolve complex tasks when team members need support.
• Facilitate adoption of Workday best practices for clients.
