Qualifications

• High School Diploma OR GED plus 5+ years payroll experience.
• Three (3) years of Workday payroll experience OR equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process exempt/non-exempt payroll biweekly for multiple states using Workday and OSV.
• Reconcile payroll period to period.
• Calculate prorated wages and deductions for new hires/terminations/status changes.
• Ensure tax withholdings are accurate and understand reciprocity rules.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with SOX.
