Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a remote Workday Intelligence Analyst to serve as a SME for Workday HCM, Talent, Timekeeping, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, and Integrations.

You will develop, maintain, and distribute reports, configure business processes, and collaborate with People Operations, Finance, Operations, Payroll, and IT to implement system solutions. Strong Excel skills and 2 Workday Pro Certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; HR, IT, or business field preferred.
• At least two years' experience as an HR systems analyst or holds 2 active Workday Pro Certifications in HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence/Timekeeping.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Talent, Integrations, and Reporting/Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Analytical mindset; detail oriented; understands downstream impact of configuration changes.
• Project management skills; able to work independently while collaborating in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot Workday processes, security roles, reports, dashboards, and system functionality.
• Partner with People Operations, Finance, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, system updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with Workday integrations and data interfaces; maintain data integrity and compliance.
