Job summary

SystemsAccountants is seeking a Workday HCM Analyst to join our HR Technology team in a fully remote capacity within the United States. The role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and reporting on the Workday HCM platform to support HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience and strong reporting capabilities, with a collaborative mindset to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions for the employee

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
• Strong reporting capabilities across Workday modules.
• Excellent communication with HR, Payroll and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking).
• Manage business process configurations, rules, notifications, and approvals.
• Administer security roles and governance-aligned policies.
• Support bi-annual Workday release cycles and testing.
