Job summary
Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a remote Workday Intelligence Analyst to serve as a SME for Workday HCM, Timekeeping, Benefits, Payroll, and Reporting. You will develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support workforce decisions and partner with People Operations, Finance, and IT to optimize system solutions.
Strong Excel skills and 2+ Workday certifications are preferred. The role emphasizes data integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of Workday processes,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR, IT, or business.
- At least two years' experience as a HR systems analyst or two Workday Pro Certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence/Timekeeping).
- Experience supporting multiple Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Talent, Integrations, Reporting).
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc Workday reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Configure and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security roles, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and IT to understand needs and implement solutions.
