Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator to focus on Integrations, Studio, and Projects.

The role will own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module, partnering with HCM Manager to implement architecture decisions and keep the Workday environment reliable and audit-ready. You will lead integrations lifecycle, monitor releases, and provide incident resolution and end-user training in a remote, US-based setup.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
Workday certification in HCM.
Ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.
Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to execute within an architecture/governance framework and escalate as needed.
Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

Build and configure Business Processes, rules, and notifications within HCM standards.
Administer Workday security changes and perform access reviews.
Create and maintain standard and custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
Conduct data audits, validation, and reconcile data across systems.
Support data loads (EIBs) and mass updates per HCM guidelines.
Monitor Workday releases, perform impact analysis and testing, coordinate UAT.
Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
Own day-to-day Workday incidents and service requests from intake to resolution.
Assist internal/external audits related to Workday configuration and data.
