Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator focusing on Integrations, Studio, and Projects.

You will own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module, collaborating with the HCM Manager to ensure reliable, audit-ready Workday configuration and continuous improvement. The role requires proactive data quality work, governance adherence, and strong problem-solving skills, with a remote-first, benefits-rich environment and opportunities to grow within a public-benefit

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and integration development (EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs/Web Services).
Ability and willingness to learn and administer the Projects module within the Finance SKU.
Experience with system integrations and API management.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
Workday certification in HCM.
Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.
Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to operate within an established architecture/governance framework, and elevate appropriately to the HCM Manager.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs).
Build and maintain Workday Studio integrations; coordinate troubleshooting with vendors.
Serve as lead administrator for the Workday Projects module (Finance SKU).
Configure Business Processes, security, and reporting to support Staffing and Program Management.
Make recommendations about additional Workday SKUs or Projects features Nava could invest in.
Provide first-line technical support and end-user training.
Own day-to-day Workday incidents and service requests from intake to resolution.
Support internal and external audit requests related to Workday configuration and HR data.
