Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Workday Integrations to support, optimize, and extend enterprise processes. The role partners with business users, the Manager Enterprise Systems, and external providers to deliver scalable integration solutions across HR domains.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, design of inbound/outbound Workday integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization, with emphasis on automation and analytics to improve

Qualifications

• Workday Integrations Certification required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Workday Integrations with focus on inbound/outbound flows.
• Experience gathering, documenting business requirements and translating to functional specs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Workday Integrations SME for inbound/outbound flows.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to design solutions.
• Analyze requirements and translate into functional specs and solutions.
• Support, test, and deploy Workday integration changes and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot data, process, and integration issues with teams and providers.
• Participate in governance, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities in integrations.
• Develop test plans, coordinate UAT, and ensure quality of deployments.
